"The ability to customize configurations has been the biggest win for us. It's not a 'one-size-fits-all' system. We weren't able to configure anything except basic information in our previous software, PetPoint. This has been really helpful for our reporting since we can now easily pull more specific data points (eg. intake subtype) to track the work we're doing."

"Shelterluv is very user-friendly. It takes a quarter of the time to train on Shelterluv as opposed to PetPoint. It probably took someone four to five days to feel confident using PetPoint, but with Shelterluv it takes only about a day."

It's really easy for anyone with the right user permissions to jump in and mark what's been completed or schedule something. Also, we like being able to edit vaccines when needed, which was not something we could do in PetPoint."
