I love asking questions, digging into how things really work, and finding ways to make processes feel simpler, clearer, and more manageable. Having spent years on the shelter side using Shelterluv daily, I bring a very practical perspective to my role. I understand the pressures teams are under, the limited resources they’re working with, and how important it is that technology truly supports the mission instead of adding friction. Helping teams feel confident in the tools they rely on is what motivates me most.
